Everytime when I paid with this card the transaction was almost instantly done.
This reopened ticked was reviewed by another customer support guy, who said that he reviewed my case, and applied the 24h silence ban once again.
So theres no physical way for me to update my phone number without the old one.
Why no live chat available?
It's asking me to log in to get a ticket, but then it starts asking for authenticator code which i do not have because i probably messed that part up.
I'll also add i've had lots of problems on my account over the years i buy a lot of character serivces , and the customer service was always very helpful and friendly, so i'm more enclined to believe you were the problem.
Well if you were that angry i wouldn't be that surprised they weren't really keen on helping you.
